A place to slow down, reflect, and begin healing.

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. You might be carrying anxiety, past trauma, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying too much for too long. Therapy offers a space to pause, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Hi, I’m Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State. I’m passionate about helping people break generational cycles for themselves and their families.

In my practice, I aim to create a thoughtful, supportive space where you can explore difficult experiences at your own pace. My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive and intersectionally feminist approach, recognizing the ways systems and lived experiences shape mental health.

Outside of my therapy practice, I teach clinical social work courses at the University of Washington in Tacoma and Seattle.
